    Job Description

    Glassbreakers has successfully launched our suite of enterprise software solutions for diversity and inclusion with some of the biggest companies in the world. We are looking for a Head of Engineering to provide sound technical leadership and mentorship opportunity for the rest of the company. You can build and drive a motivated team. You may not be an expert at everything but you are fearless and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to figure it out. Most importantly, you want to build something meaningful and from the ground up.

    Additionally, as our platform and customers grow we’ll be incorporating further appropriate technologies to deliver new core services and features. You will have the opportunity to have a large impact in the workforce supporting Chief Diversity Officers across the Fortune 1000. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
    • Envision and architect the next phase of our product
    • Design and build new platform features
    • Guide with thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
    • Communicate technical strategy to stakeholders
    • ­
    • Implement, track, and analyze technological KPI’s and monitor performance
    • ­
    • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

    • Integrate disparate data systems

    • Build a diverse, high-performing technical team as we grow

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    • Prior experience building highly-scalable enterprise SaaS software web applications or scaling multitenant implementations
    • Proven track record of success in leadership positions managing a diverse team of developers
    • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy and stay competitive
    • Excellent communicator who is a strategic thinker with problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to construct and follow development plans
    • ­
    • Startup experience a plus (but not required)
    • ­
    • Strong understanding of budgets and business-planning
    • ­
    • College degree not required

We are looking for a positive and energetic Office Manager/Executive Assistant to ensure our office is set up for success and that it is an inviting place to visit and work.

    As an Glassbreakers employee you will have the opportunity to have a large impact in the workforce supporting Chief Diversity Officers across the Fortune 1000. Overall this role is responsible for the smooth running of our office, maintaining an organized, efficient, and fun environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO; including calendar management, screening phone calls and email, booking travel, making meeting and event arrangements, tracking and reconciling expenses, etc.
    • Ensure that office supplies are stocked appropriately and that the kitchen is full of fuel
    • Serve as main point of contact for facilities related requests and manage any maintenance contracts and vendors
    • Coordinate and plan company events and culture activities
    • Maintain conference rooms and common areas of the office, ensuring everything is tidy and organized

    • Assist with special projects as needed
